Capital Projects

One of Evergreen Public Schools' beliefs is that all students, given the right environment, will learn and excel.  To create that environment, the district needs adequate facilities to provide conditions that nourish strong learning. 
The Capital Projects arm of the Facilities Department manages new construction, major maintenance and building improvement projects throughout the district.  Our purpose is to support learning in district facilities and minimize building repair and operating costs. 

In the six years since approval of the 2002 Bond, we've made improvements in all existing schools, remodeled or replaced four others, built three new schools, and expanded our capital equipment and infrastructure.  The 2002 Bond Accomplishments were funded by the generous support of our community. As the 2002 bond cycle winds down, we are preparing for the next six year cycle of our 20 year facilities plan.
