Welcome to Facility Services. With the combined effort of the departments of Maintenance Services, Custodial Services, Capital Projects, Building Rentals and Risk Management & Safety, the facilities team manages the district’s 3.2 million square feet of building inventory situated on 300 acres across the 54 square mile district.

Our 35 schools and 6 support facilities are operated and maintained to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for our 26,000 students and 3,000 employees. Together with our long range capital planning effort, Facility Services is committed to strengthening student learning and preserving the community investment.
