August 2012 HSPE Testing Opportunity
The pre-registration for the August 2012 HSPE using the OSPI Test Registration system is now closed.
Students who missed the pre-registration window may now contact Michelle Folsom at 360-604-4015 or michelle.folsom@evergreenps.org to sign up for testing or with any questions.
Eligible Students:
Students who were in grades 10, 11 and 12 during the 2011-2012 school year and non-enrolled 12th graders who elect to take the August 2012 HSPE in one or both content areas: writing and reading (End-of-Course is not offered during the August administration). This includes students who did not meet standard, did not participate in the Spring 2012 HSPE testing, or have transferred from out-of-state.

ARRIVAL TIME IS 8 A.M. After checking in, students will be directed to their testing room.

*If students are not finished by noon, they may continue working after a one-hour break. Students should bring or make arrangements for lunch.
**Students must attend both Writing Day 1 and Day 2 to generate a score.
Students need to bring the following to their scheduled August HSPE test day:
• Official school or government picture ID
• Spring 2012 HSPE Individual Score Report
• Pre-registration confirmation
