Families with students new to the Evergreen School District or who have moved to a new school area can take advantage of Centralized Student Registration hours this summer. The registration will take place at Evergreen Public Schools Administrative Service Center located at 13501 NE 28th St., Vancouver in the Clark Room of the Tan Complex Conference Center).

Parents will be able to get information about school requirements and how to make appointments at their child's school for class scheduling. It's a great way to get a jump start on the fall process by giving families the opportunity to register all of their students at once.

Families are asked to bring the following items with them when they come to register:

  • Proof of Residency – a verifiable document with a current address on it
  • Student's Birth Certificate – if they are being registered for Kindergarten or first grade
  • Immunization Information
  • Registration Forms (registration forms can be filled out online for your convenience, or fill out the forms when you arrive).

Beginning Tuesday, July 10 through Thursday, August 9
Tuesday          7:30 am - 8:00 pm
Wednesday     7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday         7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesdays - Spanish interpreters will be available.

Thursdays – Russian interpreters will be available.

For further information on registration requirements please review the information below or call 604-4163.

Please view the Kindergarten Registration page for information about uniform age entry, immunization, legal custody documentation, and emergency information.

The Registration Forms include the Evergreen Registration Form, Certification of Immunization Status, and Statement of Exemption to Immunization Law, if needed. These forms can be printed by parents, filled out in advance and taken to your school when enrolling.

What should parents bring for registration? Be sure to bring a validation of address, for example, a current PUD (electricity), or water billing in your name. Also, some schools, in addition to Kindergarten registration, require birth certificates for enrollment and all schools request that students be enrolled using legal name. The use of a student's legal name in the school's system will be a benefit for the student as all recorded school information will be validated when providing information for college or employment.

Elementary Schools will reopen on Tuesday, August 21, 2012.  Middle Schools will reopen on Thursday, August 16, 2012.  High Schools will reopen on Wednesday, August 8.
