Evergreen Public Schools New Educator Induction
What: This is a 2-day initiation to the Evergreen Public Schools. Participation in this training will provide the opportunity to:
- meet new colleagues
- learn about essential programs and procedures in the district
- receive important curriculum information and resources
- sign-up for benefits and Evergreen Education Association
- receive a $100 stipend for attending Induction
- be eligible for 11 clock hours
- answer most of your questions
- have fun!
Why: Evergreen School District believes it is important for all staff to have a sense of belonging when joining our district. Through this training, you will have an opportunity to learn about and understand the culture and expectations of the school district. It’s our way of welcoming you to Evergreen!
When: August 20-21, from 8:00*-3:00. (*Continental breakfast starts at 7:45 a.m.). Thank you in advance for arriving promptly.
FYI: Dress is casual. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.
