Log in to SubFinder FAQs

How Does it Work?
SubFinder Online works in conjunction with our SubFinder telephone system.  It uses the existing database and complements the telephone operation of the SubFinder.  All data becomes instantly available, whether it is entered online or via the telephone.  SubFinder Online is used to access SubFinder from a computer.  When logging in on an Evergreen Public Schools computer, click on SubFinder Online under Internet Websites.  When logging in on your personal computer, go to www.evergreenps.org.  At the Evergreen home page, click on Staff, then click on the SubFinder icon.  The SubFinder Online login screen will appear.  You can then bookmark this page for future use.  If you are a new employee please voice your name in SubFinder by calling 1-888-604-4090.  This will activate the SubFinder system.

System Access
To access SubFinder Online, enter your Last Name in the last name field and your SubFinder PIN number in the Password field.  Click the Submit button.  The welcome window will appear.  On the left side of the screen are the buttons that give you access to various options.  These include Availabe Jobs, Current Jobs, Personal Info, DND/Unavailable and Log out.

Viewing Available Jobs
To view available jobs, click the Available Jobs button.  SubFinder Online displays all available jobs for which you qualify.  To view a specific job, click the Select button under the Job ID column.  Once a job has been selected, SubFinder Online offers additional details on the job.  Special instructions may have been written for the job.  Note:  If the job was entered via the telephone and special instructions were recorded, you will see the message to call SubFinder to hear them.  You will be presented with two options:  Accept Job or Don’t Accept Job.  If you choose Don’t Accept Job, SubFinder Online will return you to the main listing of available jobs.  If you choose Accept Job, SubFinder Online will display the message Job Successfully Selected.  Remember to write down the job ID number for future reference.  NOTE:  The Site Directions link is not being used at this time.

Viewing Current Jobs
To view your current assignments, click the Current Jobs button.  This will display all of your current assignments including job ID, date, site, position, and the employee for whom you will substitute.  To view special instructions, click the hyperlink which is listed in the Special Instruction column.  If the job was entered via the telephone and special instructions were recorded, you will see a message to call SubFinder to hear them.

Viewing Personal Information
To view personal information, click the Personal Info button.  Your name will be displayed here.  You will then see several tabs which include General Information, Address, Certification, and Availability.  The General Information tab displays whether you are a certificated or classified substitute.  The Date of Hire/Date Added to SubFinder System are variable dates which the system defaults to, please disregard.  If there is a homesite location listed, substitute should disregard also.

Logging Out
When you are finished, click Log Out to leave SubFinder Online.  To log back in, click the hyperlink click here to log in again.
