School is in a Lockdown

When your child’s school is in a lockdown:

• DO NOT call the school or district office (keep phone lines open for emergency communication)
• DO NOT go to the school (keep streets open for emergency personnel)
• The school will not allow you to enter until it is safe to do so.  (DO NOT put your own safety at risk)
• DO call the EMERGENCY HOTLINE AT 604-3637
• REMEMBER your children’s school practiced lockdowns and knows how to keep your children safe
• WAIT for instruction on the release of your child and reunification with them
• Listen to the following radio and TV stations for directions:
