Registration Preregistration is required for all classes. Register early. Classes have minimum and maximum enrollments. Registrations are accepted until classes fill or begin. Mark your calendar with dates, times and locations of your classes and go to class on the correct dates. We will not notify you to attend class. You may confirm a registration by calling 360-604-4082. You will be notified only if your registration cannot be processed. Please note: some classes are for adults only, and children of registered adults cannot accompany them to class.
Refunds To receive a refund for any class, the Evergreen Community Education office must be notified of your intent to withdraw at least three business days prior to the first class. For classes meeting at least 3 times, you may receive a prorated refund if the Community Education office is notified of your intent to withdraw before the second class. A processing fee (10% per class) will be deducted from all student- requested refunds. Refunds due to medical reasons require a doctor’s note.
Account Credits If you receive a credit to your account in lieu of a refund, you must use that credit within one year of its date or you will forfeit the value of the credit to the Community Education Department. Credits cannot be refunded at a later time.
Canceled Classes If a class is canceled by Evergreen Community Education, you will be notified and all fees will be refunded in full. Occasionally classes are canceled or moved due to school functions. In this event, you will be notified and the class will be rescheduled. If school is canceled due to weather, all Community Education classes are canceled.

Employee Discounts Evergreen Public School Employees, including ABM Staff, receive 10% off Evergreen Community Education fitness, health and cooking fees. This discount excludes special ticketed events such as sporting events, theater performances, online courses and any other tickets event through Community Education. Employees pay full price for all books, supplies or materials fees associated with the class. For more details, please call our office to have your questions answered and to have your discount applied at 360-604-4082. This discount does not apply to family members. Watch your emails for one-time specials on course fees throughout the year.
Persons 62 or Older Evergreen residents age 62 or older receive 20% off Evergreen Community Education class costs. Students pay full price for all book, supply or material fees associated with the class. To get a discount, you must have an honored citizens pass. This discount does not apply to special events or theater performances.
Honored Citizen Pass Evergreen Public Schools residents age 62 and older are eligible to receive an Honored Citizen Pass which permits attendance at District regular season sports events and theatrical presentations free or at a special rate. Obtain your pass at the Evergreen Community Education office.Verification of age and address is required.
